Underwriting & Office Assistant
Debbie joined the Sovereign team as Office Assistant in June 2018 and was promoted to Underwriting & Office Assistant in April 2022. In addition to handling all aspects of office administration, she is also responsible for providing support to the Division President, as well as the Underwriting and Legal teams.
Prior to joining Sovereign, Debbie worked in Chubb’s Human Resources department as Benefits & Learning Administrator for 6 years. In her position in HR, Debbie was responsible for providing support to the Compensation & Benefits team which included benefits administration, recording, and tracking company business travel, providing pension support, assisting with year-end tax filings, and managing internal wellness initiatives. As Learning & Development administrator, she was also responsible for managing all administrative components of Chubb’s summer internship program, arranging internal and external training/education programs for employees, and served as regional administrator for Chubb’s Talent Portal.
