Sovereign paid two sovereign nonpayment claims to a Dutch bank following a sovereign debt restructuring in the Seychelles. These two payments were in respect of two separate loans which were defaulted on by the Seychelles Ministry of Finance. We achieved a partial recovery following the restructuring of the loans.
